Cindy Kennedy is a wife, a mother of three and has been a nurse practitioner working in women's health for over 20 years specializing and practicing gynecological health. Then one day, out of nowhere, Cindy got sick and no doctor could help her. That started her quest to find a cure, uncover the truth, and a mission to help others.

In this episode, Cindy shares with us how Lyme Disease changed her life and beliefs. From being an advocate of conventional health, she shifted to an integrative approach to health. For Cindy, Lyme Disease became a gift. A gift that led Cindy to a journey to pursue wellness, not just for her but for others.

[02:30] Cindy got sick but didn’t know what was wrong with her, even doctors couldn’t figure it out.

[04:01] Her nudge came from not giving up. She continued on her path and found an integrative doctor. But what really changed everything was when she re-established good gut health and eating as pristine as she could.

[05:33] Cindy and her daughter Kerah, a dietician, decide to establish a Wellness Center. Cindy shifted from conventional medicine to other approaches to being healthy.

Cindy Kennedy is a wife, a mother of three and has been a nurse practitioner working in women's health for over 20 years specializing and practicing gynecological health. Until out of nowhere, she got sick and no doctor could help her. 

After not accepting her various diagnoses, Cindy changed her course and set out to find her own health. Following her improvement in health, she left gynecology and opened up her own practice with her daughter for Integrative Health - Pursue Wellness.
